Administration and Security

TASKManage enables an organization to create, capture and share information effectively, in a secure and reliable environment. In addition to managing employee information, privileges and access rights are assigned and controlled through TASKManage. Users are organized into groups that suit the organization’s structure.

Organizations are able to assign access rights to external users, such as suppliers, clients and business partners across the globe, while keeping certain important and sensitive information private and only for users it was intended for. Through the secure environment, a number of features are provided to protect against misuse.

	At the user level, user-name and password combinations provide the first level of security.
	Each user session is assigned a random identifier and automatic session time out that can be pre-set.
	SSL-ready technology encrypts any information transfers between the client computer and server.

All administration and security functions are easily performed without the need for dedicated technical resources.

User Administration

Through TASKManage, users may customize their own Home page. Various daily operations can be easily conducted from this screen without indepth knowlege of screen navigation.

Group Administration

All TASKManage users are managed within groups that suit the operations of the organization. This allows for access rights and privileges to be assigned to a group rather than individuals, therefore reducing the time needed to set up users.

Access Right

TaskManage enables an organization to create, capture and share information effectively, but most importantly, in a fashion that is secure and reliable through assigning Access Rights to system users. Communication capabilities are extended to personnel, clients and suppliers in any number of locations, across the globe. Controls and manages the users that access TASKManage. Permissions are granted to the various applications within TASKManage through easy ‘point and click’ functionality. Users can be disabled from the system without permanently removing their details.

System Settings

System Settings provides the Systems Administrator with complete control over a number of system wide administrator tasks from this location. The structure of the entire system can be designed, from its look and feel to its security.

Web Apps

TASKManage enables you to create links and allow access to other web-based applications from this central location, without the need to log in / out of the intranet. Access rights are managed to restrict access to these external applications.

Web Forms

Web Forms allows the creation of user-defined forms and enables online approvals. Forms needing approval can be automatically routed to appropriate personnel and automated notification send when some action is required by the recipient. Approval are not halted even when personnel out of the office environment.

Company Image

Matching company brand identity is an important part of setting up a corporate information management system. TaskManage provides a selection of tools to make the corporate Intranet fit-in with the brand of your organization.
