Infrastructure

Technology is the backbone of TIGL’s services. TIGL has a state-of-the-art technology infrastructure to effectively serve corporate clients.

Hardware

TIGL has three Compaq Proliant 5500 servers, 4 high-end HP net servers and 14 servers. There are 186 desktop computers.

Communication Systems

The systems are linked via 8mbps RF Link. There are two leased lines – a 2 mbps line from VSNL and a 512 kbps line from Dishnet.

Network

TIGL has a Virtual Private Network (VPN) in its facility which helps to use internet as the communication channel while simultaneously ensuring data security. The same technology is used for overseas clients where a secured data transfer is achieved between the clients and TIGL. The system is cost effective as it utilizes the internet to transfer the data.

Power

On-site generators and UPS system are available in the case of an emergency.

Security

Scalable PDU service security, documented security procedures, controlled card key access/photograph badge, 24 x 7 guarded entrance and escorted entry to computer room and staging areas.
