Bulletin
Board

The
Bulletin Board application is a centralized location to make
announcements within your organization on work issues and
projects. Bulletins are managed through access rights allowing
access to specified groups or to all users. Automated notifications
are generated to inform users when a new bulletin has been
published on the notice board. |
Chat

Chat
rooms are set up easily for user groups. All chat sessions can
be monitored and an automated notification sent when chat rooms
are activated.

Fax

Fax
can be sent instantly through the workstation to any number.
The contact database can be easily integrated with the fax facility
to incorporate any number. An automated notification can be
sent with the fax to notify the receiver of the on-coming fax
through email, SMS, pager etc.

SMS

SMS
connector integrates with mobile phones using the Short Message
Service. Send messages to co-workers, individual groups, and
suppliers/vendors through cell phone. SMS can be sent to individuals
or multiple receivers. This facility allows contact with personnel
who are not active within TASKManage. |
Communique

Communique
serves as an internal mailing system -Interoffice Memo. Send
messages instantly to one or all within the organization.
Automated notifications may accompany a message, informing
the user of the presence of a communiqué. |
Forums
|
The
Forum application is a centralized location to easily store
and collect ideas, opinions, and suggestions, where you are
able to locate threads of discussions easily through keyword
searches. Forums are managed through access rights allowing
access to specified groups or to all users. Automated notifications
are generated to inform users when a new forum has been released. |
Notification
Services
|
The
Notification Service allows system members to know when new
items have been added to the TASKManage under 'MY Messages'.
Notification can be set for individuals or a group. |
Web
Mail
|
Most
companies and organizations already have a well-established
e-mail system that they have grown accustomed to. TASKManage
Web Mail application has an interface that allows users access
their own established POP3 and SMTP accounts rather than requiring
the creation of a new separate e-mail addresses. |
