TASKManage co-ordinates the organization’s activities through the project manager by creating schedules, and allocating resources, such as personnel, equipment and rooms. An array of project related information is managed and interfaced to the projects, including client, contractor, and HR details.

TASKManage has an inbuilt help centre application to manage issues raised through a trouble ticketing functionality. Problems can be automatically routed to the relevant personnel, tracked for progress and responses are held in a knowledge database to be reference by other users.

Access Query Builder

TASKManage provides an interface to integrate existing MS-Access databases into the TASKManage applications and also enables creation of new databases and the set up of queries. Permissions are created to allow differing access rights. Query results may be forwarded as communiqué to any user or held in a central location for access by all.

Favourites

Favourites allow you to create and store important and commonly used Web links in a central location for quick and easy access by you or others.
 
Help Center

Help Center is an application for users to create, track and manage support cases - problems, questions, and requests. Help Center users can be characterized as user, technical staff and facilitator. User is the person who primarily reports the case. Technical staff is the person who is responsible for solving the case. Facilitator is authorized to route the pending cases to the respective technical staff. Users may track the progress and history of a case. All completed cases are made available through Knowledge Base.
 

Project

The Project module allows the user to create, schedule, and monitor projects and manage an array of information related to project. It provides an interface to define all essential requirements (master details) for project management like client, contractor, human resource, project information etc.

To-Do List

The To-Do List tracks all tasks of a user, public or private and provides the status at a quick glance. Reminders may be created and sent through the notification system.
 
Web Page

TASKManage provides a HTML editor that allows users the ability to easily create web pages with the assistance of various features without the knowledge of HTML. Users are able to insert images, create hyperlinks to documents, as well other web sites. This functionality allows departments to have their own identity and links to information that is of specific interest to the staff of that department.
